We had to have our roof redone just 4 years after we had a new one placed. The GC who did the roof last time didn't do a ridge vent and placed the ice and water shield on the entire roof, these things caused our attic crawl space to become an oven with zero ventilation which then caused mold to grow. Connell Roofing came out and were very honest and upfront with what needed to be done. The day of construction the team was there on time with a project manager present the whole time. We are so impressed on how well they worked as a team and how clean they were. They didn't mess around and made sure everything went smooth. Last week Connell Roofing stripped off our old roof and installed a high quality roof in about one day. Additionally, the company replaced two skylights in our sunroom and cedar siding on two sides of our home. The quality of the workmanship and materials was top notch. The warranty on the roofing is outstanding and all the workers did an exceptional job. Good value! I have peace of mind that my beautiful new roof, siding and skylights were installed correctly by an experienced and expert team of roofing and siding professionals. The workers were neat, efficient and polite. I would like to give special shout-outs to Dylan B (Production Manager) and Brian B, (Project Manager). Both are very knowledgeable on all technical aspects of roofing and provided excellent communications throughout the project. In addition Dwane K (Sales) was informative and never applied any sales pressure -- just very good professional advice and customer satisfaction.
